Terms and Conditions


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or place an order.

These terms apply to all users of the website including customers, visitors, and anyone who purchases products or services.

2. Custom Products

All products sold through this website are custom-made based on customer-provided designs, instructions, or requests.

Because products are customized, variations in color, size, placement, or appearance may occur due to printing methods, screen displays, and materials used.

These minor variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Design Approval and Customer Responsibility

Customers may receive a design proof before production begins. It is the customer's responsibility to review all details including but not limited to:

  • spelling
  • grammar
  • design layout
  • colors
  • sizing
  • placement of graphics

Once a design has been approved by the customer, the order will proceed to production.

By approving the design, the customer accepts full responsibility for any errors, including spelling, grammar, or design issues that were present in the approved proof.

The business is not liable for any errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins.

Once an order has entered production or has been printed, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any order will enter production.

Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

6. Production and Turnaround Time

Estimated production and turnaround times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Production time does not include shipping time.

The business is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • high order volume
  • supply shortages
  • equipment issues
  • shipping carrier delays
  • weather conditions
  • circumstances beyond our control

7. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once the design has been approved and production has begun.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will only be considered if:

  • the wrong item was produced due to our error, or
  • the product arrives damaged.

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Failure to report issues within this time frame may result in denial of a replacement or resolution.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • lost packages
  • stolen packages
  • delays caused by shipping carriers
  • incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.

9. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

Customers represent and warrant that they have the legal right to use any images, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for custom designs.

By submitting artwork or content, the customer agrees that they are legally authorized to use the material.

The business is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted designs.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that we believe violates laws, copyrights, trademarks, or community standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

11. Website Accuracy

We strive to ensure all information on this website is accurate; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, images, or other content are error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if incorrect information is discovered.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the business operates.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our business. Because many of our products are custom made and personalized, we have the following refund and return policy in place.

Custom Orders

All custom items are created specifically for each customer. Once a design proof has been reviewed and approved for printing, the order will move into production.

After the design has been approved and printed, refunds or cancellations will not be issued.

Please review your proof carefully before giving final approval to ensure all names, dates, colors, and details are correct.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested before the design proof has been approved for printing. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
